Bryn is a highly experienced Sales Director, Sales Trainer and Sales Recruiter. In a sales career that has spanned over 35 years he has delivered exceptional sales results, built high performing sales teams and interviewed, placed and trained thousands of sales people and sales leader. He is a winner of the Sales Leader of Year award at the BESMA's (British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards).
Bryn created and led the Managed Services team at Pareto for over a decade, specialising in Sales and Sales Leadership training, helping the organisation grow organically from £8m to over £30m turnover. He took their proposition internationally, gaining contracts and subsequently training sellers from across Europe and North America.
He is a fanatical sports person: playing cricket for his local village team and also for Cheshire Seniors, and is a former County rugby player. He plays golf and his handicap is that he’s not very good.
Steve has spent 25 years as a Seller and Sales Trainer with clients in almost every business to business vertical sector across the UK, Europe and North America. He has consulted and advised Senior Leaders within both large corporate and SMEs, enabling them to deliver exceptional sales results. He is a previous finalist for the BESMA ‘Sales Trainer of the Year’ Award.
A background in science (a BSc. Honours Degree in Chemistry) drives a curiosity for breaking down and analysing the sales process. His practical skills are supported by an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development.
Steve has always been a keen sportsman. Having had to retire from playing rugby, cricket and football on the advice of medical professionals (and just about everyone who saw him play), he now keeps fit through running and cycling with a local club.
